We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your Freebird purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the beauty products in their original box or a secure mailer and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
